Please thoroughly review your order before confirming it because we can’t make changes to an order after it has been confirmed online.
Can I order a shirt without registering as a member?
No. We require all members to register before their first purchase in order to save their size for future purchases and alterations.
I just placed an order, can I change my fabric or design details?
No. All orders placed online are immediately processed upon confirmation and can’t be changed. However, please get in touch with us immediately and we’ll look into it.
When will I receive my order?
3-4 weeks after placing your order.
How will I receive my order?
Your shirt will be shipped to your address through United States Postal Service (USPS). We recommend using a condo address or office address to make sure you don’t miss the delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to any location in the United States is free.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We charge $50 for international shipping anywhere in the world. We can ship up to 4 shirts in an order.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can change your address in your account. If you have already placed an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does the order require signature on delivery?
Can I expedite my order?
No. We don’t currently offer expedited deliveries.
Do you have stores?
No. We only operate through this website and a team of stylists in NYC.
