We want your shirts to fit perfectly. If your first shirt doesn’t fit well, please return it to us within two weeks of delivery and we will remake it for you.
Do you offer alterations?
We offer one free alteration for your first shirt if it doesn’t fit well. We don’t offer any other alterations.
How will you fix an imperfect fit?
If your first shirt doesn’t fit well, we will schedule a video call with you to assess fit issues and takes notes on alterations. During the call, you’ll need to wear the shirt the way you plan to wear it – for instance, tucked into pants and with a buttoned collar with tie. This will give you the best idea of the actual fit of the shirt.
How will I return a shirt that doesn’t fit well?
Please return the shirt with the prepaid United States Postal Service (USPS) return postage provided with your first shirt.
What does an alteration cost?
We offer one free remake of the first shirt you order if it doesn’t fit perfectly.
What if my body measurements change?
Please update your measurements if you suspect any change in body measurements.
Will you alter a shirt that has been worn?
Yes. We want you to try out the shirt to assess the fit. Please return it for alteration within two weeks of delivery.

Yes. Please return it for alteration within two weeks of delivery.
